The fully automatic carriage will slice the largest raw product into a stack of perfect slices, and its steep angle makes feeding the food into the slicer
much easier for a better result. It will cut and slice through nearly any food item desired, such as meat, cheese, or vegetables – even frozen, boneless meat.
